Fire Risk Assessment
The Regulatory Reform (fire safety) order 2005 relates to all premises, with very few exceptions. It place responsibility on those best placed to address fire safety and ensures that risks are reviewed.
The fire safety order requires that a responsible person, usually the owner, employer, occupier or landlord must carry out a fire risk assessment.
Responsible persons are required to implement appropriate fire safety measures to minimise the risk to life from fire, and to keep the assessments up to date.
Let Express Fire carry out your fire risk assessment.
Carrying out a fire risk assessment should be the 1st fire consideration of any new business.
Once the Fire Risk Assessment is completed a written document with Action Plan will be printed out and issued, copies can also be emailed to the local authorities.
